Job Description

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a remote position. This role is focused on delivering fast, accurate, and friendly support by responding to customer messages via chat and email and handling inbound phone calls. You’ll represent the company in daily customer interactions, follow established procedures, and help ensure every customer receives clear answers and a smooth experience. Training is provided, so if you’re new to customer service but learn quickly and communicate well, you’re welcome to apply.

On a typical day, you’ll respond to questions about orders, account access, basic troubleshooting, and general service requests. You’ll document each interaction, update customer records in our system, and make sure conversations are properly tracked so issues don’t get lost. You’ll be expected to resolve routine issues independently, recognize when something needs more attention, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team while staying engaged with the customer until the handoff is complete. Speed matters, but accuracy matters more—customers should leave the conversation feeling confident about the next steps.

To be successful in this position, you should have strong English communication skills (written and verbal), be comfortable working on a computer throughout the day, and know your way around email, internet tools, and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and punctual, with the ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and a typing speed of 40+ WPM is also a plus.

Because this is a remote role, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the ability to take calls without background noise. Being responsive during scheduled hours and communicating clearly with the team is important to staying on track and meeting service standards.
