Helpers to join team of living skills coaches and fitness coaches

We are seeking helpers (living skills coaches/fitness coaches/personal assistants/direct support professionals) to assist 24 and 25 year old males with social skills and cognitive impairments in Santa Rosa and Sonoma to engage in community activities such as walking, hiking, tennis, swimming, biking, card games (UNO), puzzles, and throwing and kicking ball games (soccer, frisbee, football).
Positions are part-time or full-time. Shifts are typically 12 hours, but can be shorter (4-8) hours.
Job applicants should be fit enough to walk outdoors about 75 minutes daily or about 3.7 miles.
New hires will be paired with another more experienced team member.
Typical schedule for a Saturday/ Sunday shift: 8 am walk around Howarth Park; 10 am snack; 10:30 chores around house; 11 am car ride; 1pm lunch; 1:30 chores; 2 pm. car ride; 3 pm tennis; 4 pm barber shop; 5 pm car ride; 6 p.m. dinner; 6:30 pm chores; 7 pm car ride; 8 pm bed
Employer is a CA licensed Home Care Organization providing services to private clients and regional center clients.
Employees must be documented, have a valid drivers license, complete a live scan and TB clearance check, and able to speak in the client's preferred language (English).
