ESTABLISHED COCKTAIL BAR GROUP IN MIDTOWN/CHELSEA IS LOOKING FOR A OUTGOING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVER TO JOIN OUR TEAM. Please only apply if you meet all of these standards.1 full year of high volume fine dining or cocktail bar experience is required for this role. Friday and Saturday availability, 3-4 shifts total ServerJob requirements: Basic cocktail and spirit knowledge  Ability to work efficiently in a high volume atmosphere Fundamental understanding of guest relations Take and enter orders correctly and communicate flow with management and chefs Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 35 lbs). Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time(10+hrs) over multiple floors. Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required. Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates. Must be of legal age according to NY State regulations to serve alcohol (18 years).
