They are responsible for strategizing with Producers and Account Executives, managing a smooth insurance placement process from start to finish, staying current with the latest market changes and trends, as well as providing technical support and expertise to clients. How you'll make an impactWhat You’ll DoDevelop and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of clientsSupport relationship management efforts of Account Executives and Client Relationship DirectorsAnalyze carrier quotes and coverage offerings and negotiate terms with carriers to provide the best recommendations to clientsWork side by side with AE to proactively manage clients’ insurance needs; included but not limited to – contract review, marketing, new and renewal proposals and client presentationsHandle complex and detailed issues in a clear, efficient and effective manner; take responsibility for problem solving to conclusionDemonstrate strong expertise in presentations to clients; assure thoroughness, accuracy and ability to answer questions or concerns through well-developed communication skillsField daily client questions and delegate administrative tasks to assigned Account Coordinators and RepresentativesDevelop specifications, securing underwriting information, analyzing existing coverages and making coverage comparisonsDeliver client service in the absence of an Account ExecutiveSupport execution of client account strategyManage contract reviews and effectively explain and clarify details with client verbally and/or in writingThis job is for you if…You have a diligent understanding of business insight and developmentYou have a motivating, inspiring, and positive demeanor towards achieving goalsYou love establishing relationships. You can purposefully exchange ideas and thoughts, as well as optimally resolve conflict.  About You7+ years of related Construction insurance brokerage experienceProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and EPICCollege degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent requiredExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenBroker’s license required to be obtained during onboarding periodRequired to obtain the applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days of date of hireValid Driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredPrevious supervisory, training and/or formal mentoring experience desirable Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
