Lead Preschool Teacher (Ages 3–5)
Brooklyn, Carroll Gardens | Full-Time or Part-Time

Our progressive preschool in Brooklyn is seeking a creative and dedicated Lead Teacher certified in Early Childhood Education to join our close-knit community. We serve children ages three to five and pride ourselves on creating a nurturing, curiosity-driven learning environment.

The ideal candidate brings energy, creativity, and thoughtful, practical ideas, along with a deep sensitivity to the developmental and emotional needs of young children. We value educators who are reflective, collaborative, and genuinely joyful in their work.

Our program is inspired by child-led learning and emphasizes creativity, imagination, and play. We follow children’s interests while supporting their growth through meaningful experiences and strong relationships. We are especially interested in teachers familiar with or inspired by the Reggio Emilia and Waldorf approaches.

Qualifications
• NY State Teacher Certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum of two years of prior teaching experience
