Role Overview
We’re hiring a Plant Care & Maintenance Technician to service high-end homes, offices, and commercial spaces. This role is hands-on and client-facing. You are responsible for keeping plant installations pristine, healthy, and visually flawless.
This is not basic plant care this is white-glove botanical maintenance.

Responsibilities
Maintain interior plant installations in luxury residences and businesses
Watering, pruning, cleaning, fertilizing, pest management
Monitor plant health and proactively flag issues
Replace or rotate specimens as needed
Maintain large and specialty specimens
Represent the brand professionally while on client sites
Communicate clearly with the operations/design team
Maintain tools, supplies, and vehicle cleanliness
Ideal Candidate
Experience with interior plants, landscaping, nurseries, or horticulture
Comfortable working in luxury homes and high-profile environments
Detail-oriented and visually sensitive
Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
Physically capable of lifting and moving large plants
Professional demeanor; discreet and respectful
Valid driver’s license (required)
Reliable Car
Horticulture or plant care training
Experience with large specimen plants or exotic plants
Familiarity with interior designers or commercial accounts
