Cabinet Maker / Installer

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinetry, with the ability to create high-quality custom cabinets and furniture. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of construction techniques. The Cabinet Maker will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that projects are completed to specifications and within deadlines.

Duties:

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials for cabinets and furniture.
Install cabinets on-site, ensuring they are plumb and level.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the construction process.
Apply caulking to seal joints and enhance the finished appearance of cabinetry.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or assembly.
Skills

Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in woodworking.
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
A maintenance person mentality with the ability to adapt to various tasks as required.
Driver License required and ability to drive company vehicles.
