Aether Power is building the most execution-focused residential solar sales platform in the country, engineered to give homeowners a clean, confident buying experience and give top reps a place to scale.
We’re expanding across multiple markets and looking for motivated reps who want a high-upside, performance-based opportunity with real training, real support, and the freedom of 1099 independence.
What you’ll get

What you’ll do
- Generate and qualify homeowner interest using proven outreach methods
- Educate customers on savings, incentives, and how solar fits their home
- Present a straightforward proposal, handle objections, and close clean deals
- Use our platform to track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks
- Work close to home or travel — we’ll align you to the fastest path to results
What you won’t do
- You won’t run permits, engineering, or installation
- You’re not responsible for project execution: our own internal ops team works with our network of install partners to handle everything
