Part-Time Cold Caller – Contractor Outreach (Cash Pay)

Location: Temecula / Murrieta or surrounding areas
Pay: $20/hour – Cash
Schedule: Part-time / As-needed (1–2 days at a time, occasional)

Job Description:
We are a local hauling company looking for a professional, confident caller to reach out to contractors (concrete, demo, grading, landscaping, etc.). This role involves making high-volume outbound calls to introduce our services and encourage contractors to text job details for quotes.

You will be provided with a clear script, call list, and talking points. Your goal is simple: make contact, sound professional, and generate inbound texts/leads.

Responsibilities:
• Make hundreds of outbound calls to contractors
• Follow a provided script and talking points
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Track basic call results (interest)
• Represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements:
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional attitude (no aggressive sales tactics)
• Experience with sales, call centers, or contractor outreach is a plus
• Must be comfortable with cash payment

Compensation:
• $20/hour
• Paid in cash at end of shift or day worked
• No commission (straight hourly)

Schedule Details:
This is not full-time. Work will be scheduled as needed to keep business flowing—typically a couple days at a time when outreach is needed.
