Description
We are a growing transmission remanufacturing and service company seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to own and develop a defined territory of automotive repair facilities.
This is a relationship-based B2B role focused on long-term partnerships, not one-time transactions.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and grow a 10-mile territory of repair facilities
• Conduct daily in-person visits to shops
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Track and manage pipeline in CRM
• Report weekly on activity and results

• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Proven B2B sales experience
• Self-directed and disciplined
• Strong communicator
• Comfortable with cold prospecting
