Door-to-Door Neighborhood Outreach Representative Rancho Palos Verdes

Established home improvement company hiring professional, friendly people for door-to-door neighborhood outreach in Rancho Palos Verdes and nearby South Bay communities.

This role involves meeting homeowners, introducing our company, and setting appointments for our project team. This is not high-pressure sales — the focus is respectful, professional communication and relationship building within local neighborhoods.

We work on bathrooms, kitchens, roofing, windows, siding, and other home upgrades.

Schedule:
• Full-time opportunity with a flexible field schedule
• 4 main field days per week (additional days available if desired)

Compensation:
• Base pay plus bonuses
• Typical earnings range from $75,000–$100,000 per year

Requirements:
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach
• Friendly, confident personality
• Professional appearance
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Applicants living in or near Rancho Palos Verdes / South Bay preferred
• No construction experience required
