Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systemsProvide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with homeownersUse smartphone technology to manage scheduling, job documentation, and service updatesFollow a consistent and organized service processUphold the company’s high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAble to use smartphone applications for work orders and job documentationDetail-oriented with a commitment to completing quality workProfessional appearance and attitudeMust be reliable, accountable, and team-orientedValid driver’s license (for company vehicle use)
