**Barback Wanted – High-Volume Craft Cocktail Bar & Popular Restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale**

We're a **high-volume craft cocktail bar** attached to one of Old Town Scottsdale's most popular restaurants—think packed house every night, killer cocktail program, fresh ingredients, creative builds, and serious energy from open to close. Weekend crowds are relentless, and the bar stays slammed with both cocktail enthusiasts and diners flowing in.

We need a fast, experienced **barback** who can handle the pace and keep everything running smooth in a true high-volume environment.

**What we're looking for:**
- Proven barback experience (ideally in high-volume cocktail bars, craft spots, or busy restaurants with strong bar programs)
- Lightning speed—stocking ice, washing/running glassware, prepping garnishes, restocking booze & supplies, bussing, and cleaning under pressure
- Ability to read the bar, anticipate bartender needs, and stay ahead of the rush
- Team-player attitude with a positive vibe even when it's chaos
- Reliable availability for nights, weekends, and closing shifts (this is prime nightlife hours)
