About the Role
e2o Energy Group LLC is expanding into the Tucson market and seeking a driven, organized professional to lead local growth efforts.
This is a hybrid role combining:
• Business Development
• Project Coordination
• Account Management
The ideal candidate will own the Tucson territory — developing relationships, coordinating projects, and managing long-term client accounts.
This is not a back-office role. You will be the face of e2o Energy Group in Southern Arizona.

What You’ll Do
Business Development
• Identify and engage commercial property owners, schools, retail centers, and facility managers
• Present Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) and HVAC Tune-Up programs
• Develop referral partnerships within the Tucson commercial community
Project Coordination
• Coordinate rooftop HVAC inventory evaluations
• Serve as liaison between client and operations team
• Help manage project timelines from proposal through installation
Account Management
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Become a trusted energy advisor for your clients

Compensation
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 100% Commission-Based
• Uncapped earnings

Commission is paid on closed and installed projects.

Qualifications
• Experience in commercial real estate, HVAC, construction, facilities, or energy services preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Established presence in the Tucson business community preferred
