We are seeking an experienced excavation or foundation crew to complete final footing trench corrections for residential new construction so the project can pass county footing inspection.

⚠️ This is NOT a full excavation — most of the work is already completed.
We need a professional who understands engineer-directed corrections and county inspection requirements.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Re-excavate areas with disturbed soil down to undisturbed native soil
• Correct footing step-downs per structural engineer’s letter
• Remove soft spots, roots, or organic material
• Ensure trench bottoms are level (no slope)
• Final trench clean-out ready for inspection
• Coordinate so concrete can be poured promptly after approval

✔ Structural engineer letters available
✔ Approved foundation plans on site
✔ Wayne County inspection notes provided
✔ Work must pass footing inspection

Requirements:

• Proven experience with residential footings / foundations
• Knowledge of NC Residential Code or inspection standards
• Ability to follow engineer direction exactly
• Own equipment preferred
• Insurance strongly preferred
