Position: Sit-Down Forklift Operator
City: Rialto, CA
Range of Pay: $17.75 to $18.00
Shift: 1st Shift: M-F 4am – 1:30pm + Must open to work overtime

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
The Sit-Down Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse. This role supports the receiving, stocking, and shipping of products, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate sit down forklifts.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operations.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking products in designated areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the correct quantity and quality of product is loaded and ready for transport.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification upon hire).
• 2+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Able to follow warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift-up to 30 pounds and work in a physically demanding role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
