Sales Logistics Coordinator

Duties :
• Order Processing: Receiving purchase orders and entering them into ERP/CRM systems
• Reporting Support: Preparing formal presentations, price quotes and sales reports and following up with leads
• Customer Communication: Responding to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, samples, and order status.
• Documentation: Preparing essential shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and export/customs paperwork
• Tracking & Expediting: Monitoring shipments in transit and proactively notifying customers of any delays or "short ships."

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite: Excel, Outlook, Word
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DAP) and international shipping regulations
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and urgency.
