As the need for our services grows, so does our fully remote team. We are currently seeking empathetic, driven, and highly capable individuals who resonate with our cause to fill several vital roles. If you have a heart for service and the skills to make an impact, we want you on our team.

Open Positions (100% Remote)
1. Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
You are the empathetic voice and the guiding light for our beneficiaries. In this role, you will work directly with individuals in distress, helping them navigate our assistance programs with patience, compassion, and professionalism.

Ideal candidate: An exceptional listener with a calming presence and a passion for helping others solve problems.
2. Phone Representative (Full-Time)
We need confident, articulate communicators to handle critical outreach and intake. You will be on the front lines, connecting with individuals and partners to facilitate our relief efforts.

Note: Previous sales experience is a major plus for this role, as it requires persistence, persuasion, and excellent conversational skills.
3. Operations Manager / Executive Assistant (Full-Time)
You are the glue that holds our mission together. Working closely with our leadership, you will streamline daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure our remote team has exactly what they need to serve our beneficiaries effectively.

Ideal candidate: Highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
4. Video Editor (Full-Time)
Help us tell the stories that matter. You will edit compelling, emotionally resonant video content that highlights our mission, educates the public, and drives our outreach campaigns.

5. Actors (Contract / Gig)
We are looking for talented actors to help bring our educational and outreach campaigns to life.
