Am lanlord I put Add to rent my rental same as others on the Zillow web site , the potantial renter after saw my add IF become intersted on my add they have 2 option to contact me:
first option : thery can call me via zillow , my telphon ring it say zillow contat this way is very good I love it, but almost one of 100 pepole do it this way of contact
option 2. The potantial renter sent mesge I am interste on the rental , I will be notice via my email.
evin I rspond with in one houer it become too late I can not reach them any more I loos Most of them never we get chance we tak to each other . therfor I loos rent becuse it take me too long to get qulify tenat becouse of this problem. am loose 80 % of Inquiries
