The Role
We are seeking undergraduate MLT/CLS students who are eager to apply their classroom knowledge in a high-standard clinical environment. You will play a vital role in our daily operations, gaining hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of laboratory testing.
What You’ll Do
• Total Testing Process: Support operations across the Pre-analytical, Analytical, and Post-analytical phases.
• Quality First: Assist in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure precision and accuracy in every result.
• Compliance: Work within the frameworks of CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA to maintain the highest standards of laboratory safety and patient privacy.
What We’re Looking For
• Current Students: Currently enrolled in an accredited MLT or CLS program.
• Knowledgeable: A foundational understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and QMS.
• Detail-Oriented: A commitment to accuracy and a "quality-first" mindset.
• Regulatory Aware: Familiarity with the regulatory requirements that govern our industry.
