Production Manager

we are seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations on a manufacturing floor where most team members are Vietnamese-speaking, so bilingual (Vietnamese/English) candidates are strongly preferred. This role requires strong computer skills and the ability to manage employees, including scheduling, hours, vacation tracking, and day-to-day production activities. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on leader with good communication and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
