Job Description

We are a busy construction company looking for an outgoing and friendly person to handle customer service calls as well as light computer work. This position is the assistant to the Production Manager and has opportunity to move into management. You will be handling inbound customer calls from the first point of contact through the final billing cycle. Strong customer service skills are needed, must be organized and good with time management. WILL TRAIN!

Process credit card payments, proofread invoices and communicate with installers and manufacturing plant to ensure jobs are running on schedule.

We offer a casual work environment and room for growth.

Monday- Thursday 9-530pm and Fridays 9-3pm

Starting pay will be based on experience level

Position is open now, we are looking for someone who can start right away.

The right person for this job will have prior experience in an office setting, strong customer service skills and must be reliable.
