Firm has been in business since 1995 and is a stable, growing manufacturing company. We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Assembler Prep/Helper to join our production team.

Position Overview

This role supports higher-level assemblers in preparing materials and assisting with basic assembly tasks. You will receive on-the-job training and work closely with experienced team members.

Qualifications

Entry-level position – training provided

Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions

Basic computer skills

Willingness to learn manual and semi-automatic crimping tools and equipment

Ability to follow workmanship standards and procedures

English proficiency required for advancement (conditional exceptions may apply)

Responsibilities

Assist Lead and Senior Assemblers with production tasks

Prepare assembly materials for production

Wire stripping, crimping, labeling, packaging, and material preparation

Assemble wires, connectors, hardware, and related components

Follow ESD (electrostatic discharge) handling procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Standing, sitting, bending, and walking throughout shift

Frequent use of hands for small parts and tools

Close vision and attention to detail required

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally

Moderate noise production environment
