Commercial Cleaning Technician

We’re looking for a CLEANING TECHNICIAN to join our fast growing franchise in Anaheim, CA. This is a ROUTE-BASED job that requires driving to different locations each day.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform specialized restroom sanitization and disinfection services, ensuring top-notch cleanliness.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and effective communication.
• Install, maintain and repair equipment provided for the job performance, including soap and paper towel dispensers.
• Supply and manage inventory essential for customers.
• Efficiently manage assigned weekly route, handling service, paperwork, invoicing, and collections.

Qualifications and Skills: If you have worked in housekeeping, facility maintenance, janitorial services, or various service-oriented industries – or if you are eager to learn and grow – we encourage you to apply!
• Detail-oriented and adept with tools
• English, bilingual skills a plus
• Effective communication and people skills
• Ability to manage a route and work quickly and efficiently
• Utilize technology for timekeeping and route management
• Solid work history, organizational abilities, and self-reliance
• Trustworthy, accountable, and reliable transportation. (4-door car, SUV, van, or truck)
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance required
• Smartphone
• Capable of standing, bending, and lifting 50 pounds, regularly
• Must be available during week/weekends, starting early mornings, some late afternoons/evenings, depending on route (we'll work with you to optimize your route)
