LEASING MANAGER for directional sign programs

Sign Technology, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager to propose and implement directional signage programs for New Home Builders in Northern California.
Responsibilities will include:
*Proposing and implementing directional sign programs for Home Builder clients. Directional sign programs are designed to aid and direct prospective home buyers to our Home Builder Sales office and Model Home Complexes.
*Candidate will possess a customer first attitude; Going up and beyond to satisfy each customer’s needs and requirements.
*Candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and a pleasing phone manner.
*Candidate will need to possess good computer skills with experience using Microsoft office, Outlook. Corel Draw experience is a plus.
*Strong organization skills is a must with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
*Canidate will have a good command and knowledge of Sacramento and the surrounding area.
*Canidate will need to know how to read a map and devlope a map.
*Sign Technology, Inc. will supply training to the successful candidate.
*Candidate will posess reliable transportaion ( Car). Sign Technology will supply a car allowance to the sucessful Candidate for vehicle expenses.
