Job Description
Development & Construction company looking for a designer/cost estimator and project manager with 3 tp 5 years experience. This is full time job in-house. The individual will be responsible for carrying out day to day activities. They will also coordinate with the in-house team for project management and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications:
Support clients with designs
Renderings
Design software
Knowledge of the construction industry and process
Necessary to understand and interpret blueprints
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Plus but not necessary LADBS experiences
