Front Office, Billing and Collection Position Assistant Needed For Progressive Homeopathic Chiropractor

Gooing Chiropractic Clinic located in Costa Mesa, CA. is currently seeking an Experienced Front Office/ Billing Chiropractic Assistant 30 to 40 hours weekly. Tuesday thru Friday. Flexible Hours.

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Front Desk:HIPA Compliance Patient scheduling, check in/check out
Open and close office
Records management
Patient documentation, forms and procedures.
Billing and Collections - Patient Recalls- Nutritional Inventory (Sales and Service)


Training will be given on above tasks. We still follow strict COVID procedures for our patients' and staff safety.

You must have the ability to handle a fast paced environment with a positive healing attitude!
We are looking for a team player that cares about people, is competent, responsible and focused.

We are a small but busy practice so you need to be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, be a fast learner, have excellent communication skills and be willing to be trained in homeopathic and chiropractic procedures.

Hours needed from Tues. thru Fri. 9:00AM till 4:00PM - Increased hours as needed.
