A new upscale dining concept is preparing to open in Palm Desert. This is not an ordinary restaurant. We are building a high-level team to deliver elevated cuisine, refined service, and a memorable guest experience from day one.

Managers
Servers
Bartenders
Food Runners

This is an opportunity to be part of something special from the ground floor. We are seeking polished, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals who understand the standards and pace of fine dining.
Requirements:

Fine dining experience is required (no exceptions)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong communication skills and team mentality

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Additional Bartender Requirements:

Advanced cocktail knowledge

Ability to prepare sophisticated cocktails with precision and consistency

Understanding of classic cocktails, craft techniques, and elevated presentation

Manager Requirements:
Proven leadership in upscale or fine dining environments
Strong operational awareness and floor presence
Ability to lead by example and inspire excellence
