Construction Heavy Equipment Operator

Based in Carpinteria, CA is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for current projects underway in the Santa Barbara & Ventura area. Applicant must have experience operating Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Skid steers, compactors etc. We are using GPS and laser control by Trimble to perform our work, a knowledge of these systems is a benefit to the applicant. Applicant must have experience and be well versed in HDPE pipe fusion, Ductile iron pipe fitting, Gravity drain line installation, installation of precast concrete structures, wet & and dry utility installation, backfill and compaction, operation of associated equipment used in the process of performing the aforementioned duties. Class A or B CDL is an added benefit for the applicant but not required.
Ability to read plans and run a crew is an added benefit to the applicant.

Applicant must have a clean DMV record, work well with other, be a team player, present themselves well around the general public & clients. CDL drivers are subject to a mandatory pre employment drug test as well as periodic random drug testing.
