Experienced roofing supervisor needed for steep-slope work.

We’re looking for a **hands-on field supervisor** who knows steep-slope roofing and can run jobs, lead crews, and deliver quality installation on every job.. This is **not a desk job** — you’ll be on roofs, on sites, and in front of crews & customers daily.

What you’ll do:

* Supervise steep-slope roofing crews (tear-offs, installs, details)
* Run daily job plans & keep projects moving
* Enforce safety and quality standards
* Coordinate materials, subs, and schedules
* Inspect work, prevent callbacks, document issues
* Communicate clearly with production & office team

What we’re looking for:

* Steep-slope roofing experience (supervisor or lead level)
* Strong leadership & accountability
* Knows flashing, valleys, penetrations, details
* Comfortable with ladders, pitch, and being hands-on
* Can manage crews, not just “check on them”
* Reliable, organized, and professional
