Automotive Paint Store Looking for Paint Mixer/Paint Technician

We are seeking a dependable, experienced individual to join our team as a Paint Mixer, Counter Sales Specialist, and Delivery Driver.

This role is ideal for a former automotive painter or refinish technician who understands paint systems and wants a stable position while staying in the industry.

Responsibilities:

-Mix automotive paint accurately using computerized mixing systems
-Provide color match support and formula adjustments
-Assist walk-in customers and body shops with product orders
-Answer phone calls and process incoming orders
-Provide knowledgeable guidance on primers, basecoats, clearcoats, reducers, and related products
-Maintain clean and organized mixing bank and inventory
-Deliver products to local collision centers as needed
-Load and unload materials safely and professionally
-Represent professionally at customer locations

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as an automotive painter or refinish technician preferred
-Knowledge of automotive paint systems (waterborne experience a plus)
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
-Strong communication skills
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Able to lift 50 lbs
-Comfortable using computer systems and POS software
