Warehouse Associate

Location: Sylmar, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Overtime: Weekend overtime available

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and regional deliveries. This role is split between order fulfillment (pick/pack/ship) and local deliveries to nursing facilities throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties.

This is a hands-on position requiring physical capability, safe driving habits, and comfort working within digital inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Use barcode scanning and digital inventory management systems
Stage and prepare outgoing shipments
Load and unload pallets and delivery vehicles
Maintain organized warehouse layout and clean workspace
Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as assigned

Delivery Responsibilities

Drive company transit-style van to deliver orders to nursing facilities
Safely load, secure, and unload products at delivery sites
Obtain signatures and maintain delivery documentation
Represent the company professionally at client facilities
Role will alternate between warehouse work and driving depending on operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid California Driver’s License (required)
Personal vehicle and reliable transportation to Sylmar warehouse
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
Ability to operate a pallet jack to move pallets up to 1,500 lbs
Ability to operate a forklift and/or reach truck (reacher)
Experience using digital inventory systems and barcode picking preferred
Clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Loading/unloading boxes and pallets
Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout warehouse
