This position provides coordination and support for the Marketing Department. We are seeking someone who communicates effectively both internally and externally, and who can represent the firm with professionalism to clients and the public. The role is relationship-driven and collaborative, working closely with key stakeholders to plan events and develop content for our website and social media that aligns with and highlights the firm’s initiatives.

The preferred candidate:
1. Assist Marketing Director in implementing internal and external marketing and business development activities.
2. Assist with maintaining website, social media platforms and updates to lawyer’s bio’s and photos.
3. Coordinate marketing team meetings, client seminars and event sponsorships, including calendaring, distributing invitations, filling seats, coordinating catering, and coordinating production of presentations, handouts and related materials.
4. Coordinate production and distribution of electronic and print marketing materials and announcements.
5. Update and coordinate submissions of professional rankings information, nominations and surveys.
6. Maintain CRM and business development marketing mailing lists.

If you have:
1. Three years’ experience in the coordination of business development and/or marketing projects, preferably in a professional services setting.
2. A degree in journalism, communications or marketing discipline or equivalent work experience.
