Seriously, we have an 18 month backlog that grows daily. We are a 50 press injection molding facility using all electric small tonnage presses. 2026 has us adding another 40 presses and breaking ground on a new 100 press facility. The entire building is climate controlled and the production floor is one of the cleanest you will ever see.
Technicians clean and replace components in the single cavity molds, also sampling and starting/stopping presses in production.
Our research and development department ensures we stay well ahead of the competition.
We offer standard 8 hour shifts or a 3-day, 36 hour (paid for 40) weekend shift. There's plenty of overtime and double-time is paid for any 7th day worked. Starting PTO is 4 weeks and health benefits start day 1. There is a 401K program that is company matched at 100% up to 5%. Company paid short and long term disability insurance and relocation packages are available.
