As part of our nationwide expansion, we are seeking motivated, experienced commission-only Sales Representatives whose primary responsibility will be to source and onboard new vacation rental properties into our management portfolio.

🔑 Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage property owners interested in professional vacation rental management
Educate owners on the benefits of partnering with an established, high-performing management company
Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified property leads
Coordinate with our onboarding and operations team to smoothly transition new properties under management



💰 Compensation
Commission-only role with a very generous commission structure

Several years of experience in:

Vacation rental management (Airbnb, VRBO, short-term rentals), or

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis
