Residential Painting Subcontractor Crews Needed - Interior & Exterior

Kranz Painting Solutions is a growing residential painting company based in Irmo / Lake Murray area. We are actively looking to add experienced painting subcontractor Crews for the upcoming busy season.

We work with a structured scope, clear production timelines, and professional project management.

We already have a strong lead flow and booked work - this is not speculative or seasonal one-off work. We are building long-term partnerships with reliable crews.

-Residential exterior house repaints
-Residential interior house repaints

Who we're looking for:
-Established painting crews (2-4 Painters preferred)
-Residential repaint experience required.
-Crews must supply their own tools and transportation.
-Ability to follow scope and deliver clean, professional results.
-Reliable communication and punctuality.

Requirements:
-Must operate as a subcontractor (1099) / NOT hourly employment
-General Liability insurance required
-South Carolina Residential Specialty Contractors License (Painting/Wallpaper) is required for subcontractors.
-Photos of recent work and references.

This is not hourly work or day labor. This is pay per job.
