Experienced Subcontractors Needed – Residential Maintenance & Interior Painting (Military Housing)

We are seeking experienced subcontractors for residential maintenance, turnover, and light remodeling work on privatized military housing. This work is located on a military base but is not a government job.
We are looking for dependable, skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work and can meet project deadlines.

Must also be able to pass a background check for base access.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential maintenance and/or painting
• Must have your own vehicle and tool
• Must have a valid driver’s license Real ID, insurance, and current vehicle registration
• Must be able to pass a background check to access the military base (no felonies or active warrants)
• Must communicate clearly and work professionally
• Must be reliable and able to meet project timelines
Trades Needed
We are currently looking for subcontractors with experience in:
• Drywall/sheetrock repair
• Tape, float, and texture
• Interior painting
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Door installation
• Countertop installation
• Exterior repairs
Position Details
• This is 1099 subcontractor work
• Work takes place on military housing units on base
• Subcontractors must provide their own tools and transportation
• Weekly pay – paid the following Friday
• No daily pay, advances, or gas reimbursements
There is consistent work available for reliable subcontractors.
