Construction General Laborers Needed – $17–$28/hr (Santa Clara)

Established Santa Clara construction company is looking for General Laborers to join our growing team. We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and can perform in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled trades such as framers, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist with basic construction tasks as directed by supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and work efficiently on construction sites
- Support crews with general job site duties

Requirements:
- Construction experience; work experience min 1 year
- Ability to perform physical work and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in the construction field

Compensation Details:
- Competitive pay based on experience ($17 – $28/hr)
- Full-time work available (40 hours per week)
