🧠 Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a brewer with experience—someone who wants to move beyond just executing a brew schedule and step into a role where their ideas, recipes, and creativity actually matter.

This is not a button-pusher gig. You’ll be hands-on with the brew process from start to finish, and you’ll have real influence on what we make, how we improve, and where we go from here.

🍻 What You’ll Be Doing:

Brewing on a direct-fire 7bbl brewhouse (you’re making the beer, not just watching it)
Managing fermentation, cellaring, and packaging
Contributing new beer ideas and recipes
Helping refine processes for quality, consistency, and creativity
Collaborating with ownership and front-of-house on events, features, and feedback
Supporting our legacy lineup while helping us explore what’s next
