Suds Monkey Brewing Company has been part of this community for 10 years — family-owned, locally rooted, and known for delivering EPIC events, great food, and memorable experiences for families.

As we grow, we’re restructuring leadership — and this role is a true Kitchen Manager

You’ll work closely with our General Manager (35+ years in the industry, including over a decade managing at Landry’s and local wineries) to develop menus, specials, and systems that elevate the kitchen and the guest experience.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and developing the kitchen team
Helping create limited-time offers, specials, and event menus
Maintaining high standards for food quality, consistency, and execution
Bringing structure, organization, and accountability to the kitchen
Collaborating with the GM and leadership team to support events and growth
Being a key culture carrier in a fun, high-energy environment

🧩 Experience

2–4 years of kitchen leadership experience preferred
More important than titles: attitude, drive, and the desire to grow with us
