Multiple lotions need service techs as each service tech only covers a small area of like 20-25 miles (range is your decision); We don't expect you to travel to all locations.
This is a subcontract position; 40% COMMISSION PAY.

SHANE’S A/C NEEDS: motivated, responsible experienced service techs in A/C and Heat repair/replace with with EPA certifications, Appliance repair, Pool and Spa repair, and Garage Door and Opener repair.
If you can do all trades, GREAT!
If you can only do one or two trades, well that is fine also..

We services for residential and commercial customers, as well as home warranty companies, and have steady appointments throughout the year.  We operate M-F between 8 am to 6 pm, with the last service scheduled at 4pm which allows plenty of time for around 4 - 8 calls per day.
If you only work with the Warranty Company service calls; this opportunity could provide around 70+k per year on that easy schedule,  If you choose to take after hours calls; you could make well over 150k or more per year. Please contact us for more information.

Your Earning Potential:

Our transparent pay structure is designed to reward efficiency, skill, and customer satisfaction. This is your floor, not your ceiling.

· Guaranteed Minimum: **$60 per completed service call** for home warranty jobs with a ticket value of $150 or less (tier 1 call), which is 40% commission or more..

· Higher-Value & Commission Work: Earn more on warranty tickets over $150 (tier 2 and tier 3). For all non-covered charges (where the customer pays) and all non-warranty customer jobs, you earn a 40% commission on the gross profit of the total ticket.

· Growth Path: After 90 days, we conduct a performance review. Exceptional customer reviews are the #1 factor in moving you above our top-tier pay scale. Your skill and professionalism directly increase your income.


The Work You’ll Do:You’ll be the expert our customers trust.

Services include:

· HVAC: Repair and maintenance of air conditioners and heaters.

· Appliances: Diagnose and fix common household appliances.

· Specialty Systems: Repair garage door openers, pool/spa equipment, and home vacuum systems.

· Handyman Services: Electrical (plugs, sockets, ceiling fans), light plumbing (faucets, toilet tank components), and other general repairs.


Who We’re Looking For (Our Ideal Partner):


· A skilled technician with proven experience in one or more of the above fields.

· An independent, trustworthy professional with their own tools, truck, and insurance (required for 1099 role).

· A master communicator who can explain problems clearly, provide options, and deliver 5-star customer experience.

· A motivated business-minded individual who sees the value in the tax advantages of being a 1099 subcontractor.

· Licensed or certified in your trade (a major plus, where applicable).


Location and Schedule:


· Service Areas: A 20 to 30 mile radius in the Greater Houston, TX or Greater Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

· Flexibility: As a 1099 contractor, you have significant control over your schedule within the framework of our service commitments.
