A fast-growing electronics company is looking for an exceptional individual who wants to make a difference and has a sense of urgency in Houston Texas office. A qualified candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks Pro and have extensive accounting background. (Northwest side of Houston, 77095)

Job Description:
• Account Payable- Audit Input of Vendor bills and payments.
• Account Receivable- Audit invoices, payments from customers, keep track of Accounts Receivables.
• Excel- Ability to create a spreadsheet and run reports.
• Support the close by preparing Journal entries.
• Prepare Sales Commission Reports
• Balance and audit ecommerce sales
• Supervise and audit inventory check
• Prepare Quarterly Sales Return
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Analyze and correct accounting entries.
• Supervise account clerks.

Job Requirement:
• Proficient in QuickBooks Pro
• Proficient in Excel
• Have a BA in Accounting.
• Have at least 5 years related experience
• Have superior attention to detail
• Have elevated analytical skills and be curiosity driven
