Concrete Mold Fabricator (San Antonio, TX)
Monday–Friday | Weekly Pay | Growth-Oriented Role

Fencecrete is expanding, and we’re hiring a Concrete Mold Fabricator/Welder to build the molds used in our precast concrete fencing system. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work, communicates clearly, works well with others, and solves problems on the floor.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and fabricate and assemble steel molds, jigs, and fixtures for precast panels & posts
• Perform MIG welding (TIG is a plus but not required)
• Conduct quality checks and inspect molds for quality, accuracy, and repeatability
• Follow drawings/blueprints and complete builds to specification
• Use grinders, saws, hand tools, plasma cutters, and shop machinery
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot, improve designs, and increase throughput
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety standards

You won’t just run a welder; you’ll build equipment that builds our product.

Requirements
• 1+ year welding or fabrication experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
• MIG welding required (TIG a bonus)
• Ability to measure accurately and read drawings
• Able to work on your feet and lift materials safely
• Dependable, safety-minded, and accountable to the team
