OPEN POSITIONS

Masonry Installers (CMU Specialists)
We need masons who know the trade inside and out. You aren't just laying block; you are building the backbone of our commercial projects.

Requirements: 5+ years experience.

Must Master: Split-face CMU, foundations, rebar installation, mortar mixing (proper consistency), scaffolding erection, control joints, and bond beams.

Framing Carpenters

We are looking for lead-level carpenters capable of taking a house from the slab to the ridge vent.

Requirements: 5+ years experience.

Must Master: Full-home framing, complex flooring systems, interior/exterior stairs, and roof rafters/truss systems.

Concrete Finishers

Looking for finishers who can handle high-spec slabs and footings for both residential and heavy-duty car wash bays.

Requirements: 5+ years experience.

Trade Helpers

Looking for "green" guys who actually want to turn this into a career.

Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a construction trade. Must be able to anticipate the lead’s needs and keep the site moving.

Communication: Must be fluent in English.

Appearance: Good, clean, and neat personal appearance and hygiene. You represent the company.
