• Never a Dull Moment: No two projects will be the same in this role. Be consistently on the move, visiting different locations and projects. Most projects are about 1 week in duration. This job will keep you engaged and provide opportunities to learn and grow in your areas of expertise.

As an Installer at Schneider Siding & Windows, you'll also educate clients on why we do things the way we do and offer advice on how to keep their property properly maintained. Play a vital role in ensuring the project is completed correctly and your customer is satisfied and happy you were there.

Qualifications:
• Problem solver
• Enjoys working independently or as a team
• Passion for customer service
• Preferably experienced in home remodeling, but not required
• Holds a clean driving record and has their own hand tools
• An engaging and outgoing personality
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding
Duties:
• Deliver outstanding service to our clientele, ensuring their full satisfaction with our products and services.
• Execute project objectives with minimal supervision.
• Identify and resolve issues as they come up.
• Communicate with customers, team members and project manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized job site.
• Continually enhance knowledge and skills through training programs when offered.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22 - $40/hr based on experience
