Office Retail Routing / EDI Coordinator – 3PL Fulfillment

About the Role
EXP Fulfillment is a 3PL warehouse supporting national retail and off-price customers. We are seeking an experienced Retail Routing / EDI Coordinator with hands-on experience managing EDI-driven retail orders and retailer routing systems. and WMS experience.

This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage PO splits, ship windows, and compliance requirements without errors or missed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage routing and order submission through EDI and retailer systems
Submit routing accurately within ship start and cancel windows
Handle PO splits, partial shipments, and quantity changes
Monitor EDI acknowledgements, routing responses, and compliance updates
Coordinate routing status with warehouse operations
Track and organize multiple POs across different retailers
Maintain documentation to prevent errors, delays, and chargebacks



Required Experience
Hands-on experience working with EDI-based retail orders
Familiarity with retailer routing portals and compliance rules
Experience managing multiple POs and split shipments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

3PL WMS or distribution center experience strongly preferred

⚠️ This is not an entry-level role. Retail EDI / routing experience is required.

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
First 90 days: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
After 90 days: Full-time 8-hour shifts
(This initial schedule allows onboarding and system ramp-up, with full-time hours once fully trained.)
