Maintenance Technician – Part-Time / Contract Norwalk, CA, $22-$34 DOE

Family-owned self-storage facility seeking a reliable, experienced maintenance technician.
Schedule
• Min 3 days/week but can be full time for the right candidate.
• 6–8 hours/day
• Opportunity to move into full-time
Duties Include
• General repairs: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC basics
• Doors, gates, fencing, cameras & security systems
• Preventative maintenance & safety inspections
• Power washing, cleaning, light groundskeeping
• Coordinating vendors and ordering parts
• Occasional help showing units or assisting office staff
Requirements
• 2–3+ years maintenance/handyman experience
• Able to work independently
• Reliable and safety-focused
Steady work, flexible schedule, and no corporate micromanagement.
