Roll-Off Truck Driver (Non-CDL) Weekly Bonus- Local Routes- Home Daily

We are a growing local dumpster and waste services company seeking a reliable, safety-focused Non-CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our team.

This role involves operating a single-axle roll-off truck, delivering and picking up dumpsters, and providing excellent customer service throughout Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties. Driving & Operations:
Operate a single-axle non-CDL roll-off truck
Deliver and pick up dumpsters safely and efficiently
Complete assigned daily routes - Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Report mechanical or safety concerns promptly

Safety & Compliance:
Follow all DOT, traffic, and company safety guidelines
Attend safety meetings and training
Maintain a clean driving record
Participate in required drug screening and background checks

Customer Service & Teamwork:
Provide professional service to residential and commercial customers
Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations
Support overall operations and workflow improvements
Represent the company in a positive, professional manner

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL)
Clean driving record
Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of truck
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Basic smartphone / app usage ability
Roll-off or dump truck experience preferred (not required)
