SEEKING PROFESSIONAL BUDTENDERS

Budtenders represent the company and serve as the customer’s point of contact. Our Budtenders must be friendly, patient and professional. The budtender is responsible for greeting the customer, welcoming them into the store, and providing high quality service, as well as keeping the store clean and organized. In addition, the budtender will assess the customer’s needs and preferences, assist in educating them about our products, and guide them to the best products for their individual needs. The budtender should consistently exceed our customer’s expectations and inspire confidence to encourage return visits.

Responsibilities:
-Must take out trash, sweep, mop, and wipe down counters daily
-Must be able to UPSELL
-Must know medical marijuana terminology
- Task oriented with the ability to finish assigned projects
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Attention to detail
- Accurately count back change to customers
- Must be dependable and arrive to work for all scheduled shifts on time and prepared
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods

Availability & Shifts: MUST be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening and holiday shifts and other store location assignments. Must also be able to work full shifts (8:45am-12 am)



Requirements:
-CA ID preferred
-Professional appearance and neat and clean
-Cash handling
-Time management skills
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
