A Special Hire for Our Front Door

We are looking for one very important position in our successful opeartion: that of being the welcoming smile and attitude to our very special, non-corporate, family feel neighborhood restaurant. If you are comfortable--even talented - at meeting and greeting new people who are already happy they have come to our restuarant, then consider this position. The job entails at 5 p..m. arrival every day, dressed neatly (not necessarily to the 9's), reviewing the reservations, table assignments and notes, and then turning on the charm and smile till 9 p.m. five nights a week (Friday and Saturday are essential as we are at our busiest). Pay will include an early meal if you arrive at 4:30.The job requires some standing though a bar stool seat is also available. It is a great job if you a retired, out of work, lonely and want to be part of a warm and intimate atmosphere--and a resturant that has a great quality restaurant the neighborhood. Definite requirements: punctuality, neat appearance and warm demeanor. Performed correctly, you will yourself become apopular figure in the neighhood as was the previous host.
